What it's like at High Performers

I recently joined this fast-paced, growing recruitment team. In truth, I didn't know what I was getting in to, but having spent the last three months working alongside my colleagues, I'm so glad I took the leap of faith. High Performers is a company that promotes honesty and transparency. It's a place where ideas are new and fresh, and the work environment is always accommodating. The team is on-hand 24/7 to provide helpful advice and support whenever I need it, and my team leader here in Bucharest makes sure my workload is challenging me in every way. Problem solving happens quickly and the market I work in is dynamic, which mimics the energetic environment. We're forever taking on more work, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

High Performer's run an intensive and on-going training program for all their new starters, which gives me a lot of variety and interaction in my day-to-day work. It's a direct reflection of why this company is succeeding. Even though I have been part of the team for a short period of time, I can state that I have learned a lot about the IT industry, as well as what it takes to be an active member of a rapidly growing recruitment business.

Challenge is around every corner, and given the nature of global headhunting, which runs on innovation, it always has me learning more and understanding new ways of working.
