All of the above, plus we approach everyone that has been identified on our passive candidate search and start to qualify whether candidates are interested in learning more about the opportunity.

£2,000 + VAT

All of the above, plus every interested candidate goes through an interview with your Account Manager / Director. They qualify against skills, culture, salary and the job description. We present only the best, most suitable candidates to you for the role. 

CANDIDATE INTERVIEW MANAGEMENT

£2,500 + VAT

successful placement @ £7,500 +VAT

All of the above, plus we use the strength of our candidate relationship and market expertise to manage each candidate through the process successfully on your behalf. A new job is a life altering event and  good candidate management is critical to a successful hire.

CANDIDATE REFERENCING

£1,000 + VAT

successful placement @ 15% Basic salary +VAT

All of the above, plus we take as many references as you feel comfortable obtaining. Good referencing can reinforce decision making on hires as well as highlight potential red flags. 

OFFER NEGOTIATION AND NOTICE PERIOD MANAGEMENT

successful placement @ 20% Basic salary +VAT

All of the above, plus the final piece to the recruitment puzzle. Offer negotiation can make or break a candidates willingness to move - managed correctly and the process is smooth sailing, managed poorly and you could be back to the beginning again.
