Veeam SW has an incredible partner programme, driving relationships and collaboration across the channel environment, which delivers consistent, best in class solutions to their customers. Veeam's journey started by leveraging the channel, which gave immediate access to the SMB and Mid-Market arena and has since grown into the Enterprise and Cloud markets respectively.  

 

The enterprise market has seen consistent growth, most noticeably this year at c.46% YoY. Due to impressive growth and an increased demand for enterprise-ready solutions, Veeam took about the task of growing their enterprise team. 

 

The challenge with the hire was finding Enterprise Account Manager's that have had experience winning new Enterprise customers and not just inheriting and growing existing account bases. A business that is moving rapidly in any market needs a 'hunter profile' to drive growth and develop net-new customers, from what can be considered a slightly 'cold' approach.

 

The monitoring and reporting capabilities provided by High Performers enable more proactive recruiting, positioning Veeam against its competitors, the start-ups and the well-established businesses all of whom are competing in a finite talent pool.

  • Mapped the French enterprise market for future hires and growth plans with Veeam in 2019
